Diamond Back manufactures the toughest, most secure truck bed covers and related accessories. Assemblers are trained on multiple products and processes so our team can reach production goals together in a fast-growing shop.
The 35-hour work week is paid as 40 hours. We work four short days and one long day: short day 11:15–5:30, long day 7:00–5:30. Duties include following best practices, operating hand tools, installing assembly parts, and standing for long periods while lifting up to 50 pounds.
