Ash Grove Cement Company is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights) at our Montana location. You will coordinate mill and kiln operations, assign tasks, supervise staff, and drive safety and efficiency across the production floor.
Candidates should have a High school diploma or GED with 3 years of production experience; strong leadership, problem solving, and the ability to manage conflicts are essential.
