- Facilitate and support plant productivity using Nestlé’s Continuous Excellence (NCE) methodologies
- Implement Total Performance Management, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma
- Support the Manufacturing Excellence Manager
- Provide direct leadership to Continuous Improvement Leads
- Support and lead continuous improvement projects, including delegated supervision of assigned employees
- Drive and implement TPM methodologies through coaching and training
- Perform focused improvement assessments
- Coach and support Nestlé Continuous Excellence pillars
- Support industrial performance activities and manufacturing performance metrics
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in Total Performance Management (TPM) and continuous improvement efforts within a manufacturing, military, or related environment
- 1+ years coaching, training or leadership experience
- This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
Demonstrates expertise in Total Performance Management (TPM) and continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, while providing leadership and coaching to drive plant productivity and performance metrics.
