Core Responsibilities- Oversee the creation and implementation of comprehensive vehicle assembly lines.
- Design the strategic integration of feeder cells into the broader manufacturing process.
- Execute facility layout modifications to enhance operational flow and efficiency.
- Pinpoint and resolve constraints within the production cycle to boost overall output.
- Create adaptable manufacturing frameworks that facilitate long-term organizational scaling.
- Analyze unit costs and model labor requirements to drive financial and operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance and technical support to junior-level industrial engineers.
- Possess five to eight years of professional background in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
The main priority for this role is the architecture of production systems at the enterprise level.
Success IndicatorsThe ideal candidate will demonstrate success by engineering production lines that operate with high predictability, meeting takt time targets while minimizing operational interruptions.
