The job summary states, "We are looking for a man to help us continue to grow by fulfilling the call of Ephesians 4:11-12, that the role of pastors is to prepare the people for the work of ministry. This role is far more about training up people to do the work of ministry than it is about being the minister. Obviously, there is much of ministry in the process of this, and we believe it to be a Biblical perspective of ministry that we are desiring to work out.
The position also requires the called and qualified man to fulfill the typical duties of a pastor such as funerals, weddings, communion, baptisms, etc."
A parsonage is provided as part of the compensation package.
