LTC Night Nurse

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

The position requires availability for night shifts from 17:45 to 06:15, with guaranteed 36 hours per week (alternating between 3 and 4 shifts every other week).

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled LTC Night Nurse to provide high-quality care to our long-term care patients. The ideal candidate will have strong nursing skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care and monitor patient conditions during the night shift.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Assist with daily living activities and support the comfort of residents.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must possess a valid nursing license and should have prior experience in long-term care settings.
