LTC Night Nurse - Registered Nurse
Schedule:
Night shift 17:45 - 06:15
Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed
Hours:
36 hours per week
Requirements:
- Current nursing license
- Experience in long-term care
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide quality patient care and support for residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
