Shift & Schedule

Shift: 12 Hours – Night (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) with rotating weekends and holidays. Full-time, 40.00 weekly hours. Shift differentials available for night and weekend shifts.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $32.00 – $48.00 per hour.
Sign‑On Bonus: $15,000 (if accepted).
Benefit package includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), work/life balance benefits, and a generous time‑off package.

Job Summary

The Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. The RN collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. The RN may serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, and ensuring safe, reliable resident care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process.
  • Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide resident education.
  • Develop and execute individualized care plans and interventions.
  • Act as charge nurse when needed, delegating appropriate tasks to assistive personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with the Nurse Practice Act, administrative rules, and nursing practice standards.
  • Maintain professional ethics and guidelines set by the American Nurses Association.
Qualifications
  • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or valid multistate licensure via the Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • Current and valid department‑specific competencies and certifications.
