Manager Cardiovascular Services RN - Cardiology

The IHI Cardiac Service Line (CSL) Clinical Manager is an active member of the IHI CSL Leadership team. The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for the clinical and operational management of the patient care area to promote the delivery of the highest quality of care and service. He/she is accountable for patient care processes, clinical skill development, clinical outcomes, customer and employee satisfaction, and all clinical matters including staff supervision, workflows, policies and procedures for the IHI General Cardiology Clinic(s).

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
• At least 3 years of nursing experience in the specialty of the unit (Cardiac, ICU, Neuro/ortho, L&D, Med/Surg, Peds, etc.)
• At least 1 year of prior leadership experience
• Good understanding of quality outcome measures specific to a clinical unit and ability to apply indicators and quality outcomes to drive bedside practice

• Master's Degree in Nursing
• Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – American Heart Association upon hire
• In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular nursing experience (3+ years)

Pay range: $52.53 - $82.92 per hour; additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
