We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Nursing Float Pool team. You will provide clinical expertise and ensure all patients receive high‑quality care in a high acuity environment.

• Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of critically ill patients.
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
• Maintain and review patient records, including posting of tests and examination results.
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.

• Licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse (FL RN) or have an appropriate compact license with an active FL RN license within 60 days of hire.
• Minimum of an RN Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.
• Experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to read/comprehend written and verbal instructions; PC skills required.
