Overview
Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is recruiting top talent interested in supporting our nonprofit mission to prioritize individualized care for patients facing chronic kidney disease. Our mission is that the care of the patient is our reason for existence. We seek motivated, compassionate individuals to provide top‑notch patient care in a supportive clinical setting with a lower caregiver‑to‑patient ratio than other providers.
ScheduleFull‑time, 30 hours per week. Shifts start at 5:30 a.m. Sundays off. No overnight shifts.
Compensation$40–$60 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.

- Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies to meet quality standards
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
- Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching
- Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physicians and families
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications
- Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews
- Document required patient education efforts
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
- Assist in medication inventory maintenance
- Lead a small patient‑care team
- Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
- Additional tasks as requested
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated clinical excellence
- Desire to collaborate with care teams
- Ability to problem‑solve
- Accredited nursing degree required
- Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available
- 3‑month comprehensive training, including classroom and one‑on‑one skills
- New graduates encouraged to apply
