This community hospital operates a collaborative operating room program supporting a range of surgical specialties in Montana. The facility functions under a fully autonomous, all-CRNA practice model, staffed by 2 CRNAs daily, providing clinicians with a high degree of clinical independence. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

Montana offers a range of outdoor and cultural attractions suited to diverse interests. Clinicians on assignment may explore Glacier National Park, scenic drives such as Going-to-the-Sun Road, and whitewater rafting on the Yellowstone River. Additional destinations include Flathead Lake, wildlife safaris, and museums such as the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center, the Gallatin History Museum, and the Museum of the Yellowstone.

Clinicians in this role will provide autonomous anesthesia services during day shifts at an operating room facility in Montana, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with the expectation that cases may conclude early in the day. The surgical case mix includes general, OB/GYN, bread and butter, C-sections, ENT, and healthy pediatric procedures. Call coverage is required 2 of 5 nights during the week and on weekends.

Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for all clinicians in this role.
