Role & Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse in a long-term care facility, you will provide skilled nursing care, oversee care plans, administer treatments, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with healthcare teams. Your duties include supervising staff, educating residents and families, documenting care, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety protocols.

Qualifications & SkillsMust have at least one year of recent LTC RN experience, valid RN license, and current BLS/CPR certification. Preferred qualifications include ACLS and additional certifications. Essential skills include critical thinking, effective communication, physical and technical abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure and handle routine procedures.
Key DutiesAssess residents, develop and update care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor for reactions, supervise staff, educate residents, document care, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
