The facility functions under a fully autonomous, all-CRNA practice model, staffed by 2 CRNAs daily, providing clinicians with a high degree of clinical independence. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

About the Clinician's Workday

Clinicians in this role will provide autonomous anesthesia services during day shifts at an operating room facility in Montana, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with the expectation that cases may conclude early in the day. The surgical case mix includes general, OB/GYN, bread and butter, C-sections, ENT, and healthy pediatric procedures. Call coverage is required 2 of 5 nights during the week and on weekends.

Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for all clinicians in this role.
