Registered Nurse - LTAC

LocationPlentywood, Montana
Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days or Nights | 36 Hours Per Week | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care within a Long-Term Acute Care setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor and document patient condition, progress, and response to care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory standards and nursing best practices
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana or a compact state license
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) or Long-Term Care nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Prior experience in a nursing home or long-term care department
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Experience working in rural or critical access healthcare settings
