Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Broadus, MT. In this role, you will deliver high-quality long-term care and resident-centered nursing care, supporting resident health, daily living, and acute needs within a supportive rural healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications, treatments, and ongoing clinical assessments for long-term care residents.
- Monitor resident condition changes, document care plans, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Oversee and direct CNA activity to ensure daily hygiene, nutrition, and safety standards are maintained.
- Provide compassionate end-of-life, rehabilitative, or restorative nursing care tailored to individual resident needs.
- Maintain complete and accurate patient electronic health records in compliance with state and facility regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Licensure & Certifications:
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (Montana or active eNLC compact license).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of recent clinical RN experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing (SNF), or LTAC settings.
- Skills: Strong patient assessment skills, compassionate communication, and adaptability to rural health environments.
