Cardiovascular Intensive Care Nurse - CVICU RN

Requirements:
- Current State RN Licensure
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- PALS Certification
- Recent Critical Care Experience
- Recent Open Heart Recovery Nurse Experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide care to hemodynamically stable or predictably unstable patients in a cardiac medical surgical unit.
- Administer physical, emotional, spiritual, and cultural support to patients.
- Operate advanced medical equipment, including central lines, chest tubes, and A-lines.
- Assess and implement established policies and procedures with minimal supervision.
- Act as a clinical leader and assist with precepting staff.
- Manage direct patient care from admission to discharge, including discharge planning.
