Registered Nurse - OR (Perioperative Services) travel assignment in Dillon, Montana. Start date 09/07/2026 for 13 weeks. • Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care from admission through discharge, including pre-operative assessment, intra-operative support, and post-anesthesia care.
• Perform age-appropriate assessments, care planning, intervention, and evaluation for patients from pediatric to geriatric populations.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia teams, and scrub personnel; advocate for patient safety, comfort, and informed decision-making throughout the perioperative period.
• Monitor vital signs, manage equipment and supplies, maintain sterile technique, and ensure safe patient transitions and discharges from the perioperative suite.
• Assist with orthopedic, general surgery, gynecologic, and endoscopy procedures; contribute to efficient room turnover and readiness for subsequent cases.
• Document accurately and completely; communicate clearly with patients, families, and the surgical team; provide education and discharge instructions as needed.

• Perioperative nursing experience with exposure to ortho, general surgery, GYN, and endoscopy
• Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and care planning across pediatric to geriatric populations
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff
• Willingness to work nights with the described call schedule (every 3rd night and every 3rd weekend)
• Ability to work effectively in a hospital perioperative setting and adapt to the dynamic OR environment
