Qualifications & Desired

Experience:
  • Active RN license, eligible to practice in Montana
  • Minimum one year of recent Operating Room experience
  • Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and protocols
  • Proven track record of delivering safe, quality patient care in a surgical setting
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide perioperative nursing care to surgical patients
  • Collaborate efficiently with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and support staff
  • Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to rigorous infection control standards
  • Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgical procedures
  • Educate patients and families on pre- and post-op care procedures
  • Document nursing interventions and patient outcomes accurately

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
