Trained to advocate for and care for patients during the peri-operative period.
Involves care from admission through discharge from perioperative services.
Requires regularly scheduled shifts and call coverage.
Experience in orthopedic, general surgery, gynecology, and endoscopy is essential.
Position urgency is normal.
