Contract | Days – 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM | Onsite
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the appropriate clinical team members
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Montana or compact equivalent
Current BLS/CPR certification
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) environment
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Prior experience in a contract or travel nursing capacity
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in SNF/LTC settings
