CNA - LTC

Night LTC CNA Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

This position requires working (5) 10pm-6am shifts per week.

We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated, compassionate, and caring Night LTC CNA to join our team. This role will involve providing essential patient care in a supportive and team-oriented environment at a small-town critical access hospital with a focus on long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Working collaboratively with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must possess a valid CNA certification and demonstrate a genuine commitment to patient care.
