Position

Description:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a critical role in providing compassionate care and support to our residents. Working closely with the nursing staff, you will assist residents with daily living activities, help maintain a safe and clean environment, and provide companionship.

Qualifications:
  • Certification: Must hold an active CNA certification in Montana.

  • Experience: Prior experience in a similar setting (e.g., skilled nursing facility, assisted living) preferred but not required.

  • Skills: Strong communication, patience, and empathy are essential.

  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift/move patients, stand for extended periods, and perform other physically demanding tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Carry out all assigned duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Conduct resident rounds at the beginning of each shift and at regular intervals (approximately every two hours).
  • Ensure each resident receives the appropriate care and meals by confirming their identity before providing nursing care or serving food.
  • Help maintain a clean, comfortable environment and ensure resident needs, including basic room setup and comfort, are met.
  • Perform additional duties as needed or as directed.
Compensation:

$22-$25 an hour, based on experience

Job Type:

Full and Part-Time positions available (not a travel position)

Shift:

8-hour shifts, 6a-2p, 2p-10p,10p-6a
