Location: Moore

is seeking a skilled CRNA for locum coverage in a busy operating room in Montana. In this role, you will perform pre-anesthesia assessments, develop individualized anesthesia plans, and deliver safe anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures. Responsibilities include airway management, intraoperative monitoring, hemodynamic and pain management, and post-anesthesia evaluation. You'll collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes while providing critical coverage that supports access to care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients across the operating room setting
  • Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments, obtain histories, and develop individualized anesthesia plans
  • Administer anesthesia (general, regional, MAC) and monitor patients' vital signs and responses intraoperatively
  • Manage airway, hemodynamics, fluids, and pain control throughout procedures and in immediate post-op period
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams to optimize outcomes
  • Document all anesthesia care accurately in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state and federal regulations, and professional practice guidelines
  • Participate in handoffs and post-anesthesia evaluations to support safe transitions of care

Required Skills

  • Anesthesia administration (general, regional, MAC)
