• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and situation (assessment)
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues
• Identify expected outcomes and develop an individualized plan of care
• Implement the prescribed plan of care and monitor patient progress
• Educate patients and families and promote a safe environment
• Collaborate with the health care team and contribute to professional practice
• Maintain ethical practice, confidentiality, and keep knowledge current with standards

• Active Montana Registered Nurse license
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Preferred experience in Emergency Department, Urgent Care, or other acute care settings
• Preferred experience in pre-hospital environments (e.g., ski patrol, search and rescue, EMS)
• Ability to work in a busy hospital-equivalent acute care setting and on a 10-hour shift
• On-call duties may be required to respond to organizational needs

• Assignment coordination and ongoing support from the staffing team
• Onboarding and regulatory-aligned credentialing assistance
• Continuous recruiter support throughout the assignment
• Access to resources and guidance for travel logistics and professional practice needs
