• Provide direct patient care for medical-surgical patients and float to the Emergency Department as needed
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, administer medications, monitor and document patient status, and adjust care plans accordingly
• Perform hospital procedures within scope (IV therapy, wound care, specimen collection, basic telemetry support) and support rapid response when indicated
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, discharge planning, and patient and family education
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record; ensure compliance with policies and safety standards

• Active RN license (state-specific; MT or eligibility required)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Med/Surgical and Emergency Department float experience required
• Ability to work in a hospital setting with rotating shifts and travel assignment
• Education:
