Innovative and growing Pain Management Group is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Libby, MT area! Open to New Graduates! Join a company with a holistic approach to managing patients’ chronic pain, where you can make a big impact in a rural community!
Company provides specialty healthcare to rural America on behalf of an underserved population, offering cutting-edge opioid alternatives to treat chronic pain conditions and personalized treatment programs including non-operative spine, operative spine, orthopedic, and radiological services to better serve a wide range of needs.
Benefits and Features- Competitive salary, $130,000 - $160,000 per year depending on experience plus productivity bonuses

- Company manages credentialing, mentoring and education internal so providers can focus on patient care
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week, no weekends
- In‑depth training/fellowship program for NP/PAs as they onboard – fellowship lasts 3‑9 months in Cody, WY and Hays, KS
- Advance Practice provider will serve patients in rural communities – mileage reimbursed
- NP/PA will lead in coordinating comprehensive evaluation and management of patients dealing with chronic pain
- Opportunity to build practice, manage own patient panel and make a big impact in a rural community
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Experience preferred in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, functional medicine, spine surgery or family medicine
- Ideal provider is passionate about serving rural America
- Open to New Graduates!
