LPN Rehab Nurse: Impactful Patient Care & Growth

Bethesda Health is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide basic nursing care, assess residents on admission and ongoing, and communicate significant changes to the interdisciplinary team. The role requires documenting assessments and updating care plans as needed.

You will implement nursing interventions, administer medications as appropriate, and ensure safe, timely care while collaborating with residents and families. IV certification is preferred.
