Seasonal Golf Maintenance Associate

The Seasonal Golf Maintenance Associate operates light motorized equipment on the golf course, and does related work as needed for golf course maintenance department.

• Operates various mowers, string trimmers, edges cart paths, bunkers, sprinkler heads, and helps maintain sand bunkers.
• May be asked to operate other light equipment authorized by supervisor.
• Maintains fuel and fluid levels for all types of equipment on a daily basis; reports equipment problems or failure to the equipment manager immediately.
• Returns all equipment to the designated location at the maintenance facility; and is responsible for cleaning his/her equipment.
• Helps in project work; drainage, sod laying, preparing soil base, and any other projects that may arise through the season.
• Performs other duties as directed by his/her supervisor.

• Knowledge of safe, efficient mechanical operation of small equipment.
• Working knowledge of an ability to use hand and power tools and equipment.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Be able to lift light weight  able to follow the company handbook.
