In partnership with the Culinary and Beverage teams, the Team Leader, Bar plays a pivotal role in delivering memorable dining service.
Job SummaryThe Team Leader, Bar is responsible for providing professional, customer‑focused service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable. They will work closely with the Culinary and Beverage teams to uphold One&Only service standards, develop staff, and meet departmental goals.
KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Lead by example in creating an environment where all guests and employees feel welcome, comfortable, and special.
- Act as an ambassador for the outlet, knowledgeable about its specialties and promotions.
- Coach, train, and develop the F&B service team to ensure solid knowledge and flawless service sequence.
- Encourage and build trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
- Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures through hands‑on training, supervision, and management.
- Assist the restaurant management in running operations, completing tasks and projects within set timelines.
- Prepare restaurant side‑stations, mise‑en‑place and table set‑ups to One&Only standards.
- Maintain proper appearance and grooming of assigned colleagues.
- Ensure food safety standards are followed to the fullest.
- Collect guest feedback continuously and report findings to management.
- Perform any other duties as required by the management team.
- At least 2 years’ experience at a similar level.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a restaurant or catering institution with recognized high standards.
- Experience in a 5-star, upmarket resort is an advantage but not required.
- Prior workplace training in a luxury hotel environment.
- Knowledge of food operations and beverage practices within the catering industry.
- Understanding of delivery and services at the highest international hospitality standards.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Micros is a plus.
- Montana state approved TIPS certification.
- Food Handler’s certification.

- Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and bending for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, and pulling.
- Lifting and carrying loads weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Working in outdoor environments, including high altitudes, that may present extreme weather conditions such as snow, ice, rain, heat, wind, etc.
