As a Kitchen Steward, you'll help keep our kitchens clean, organized, and ready for service by ensuring dishes, cookware, and work spaces are always prepared for the next meal. • Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and safe
• Restock clean wares and supplies throughout the kitchen
• Assist with trash removal and general kitchen cleanliness
• Support the culinary team with stocking and other operational tasks as needed
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Report equipment or maintenance concerns promptly
• Work as part of a team to keep kitchen operations running smoothly
