The Team Leader, Restaurant will provide professional, customer-focused service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable. They will work with the F&B management to ensure the team exceeds departmental goals, standards, and expectations.

• Lead by example, creating an environment where all guests and colleagues feel welcome, comfortable, and special
• Assist F&B management with the restaurant operation, completing all tasks, duties, responsibilities, and projects as assigned within set timelines
• Act as an ambassador to their assigned F&B outlet, ensuring knowledge of the outlet’s menus, offerings, and activations
• Develop the F&B service team to ensure they have solid food and beverage knowledge and deliver the proper sequence of service delivery
• Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures by helping train and supervise colleagues
• Ensure the smooth preparation of the restaurant stations, mise-en-place, and table set‑ups as per One&Only standards
• Ensure that all Food Safety standards are followed to the fullest
• Collect feedback from guests and report it back to Management
• Perform any other duties as required by the Assistant Manager, Restaurant, or any other member of the management team

• At least 2 years’ experience in Food & Beverage leadership
• At least 5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage service in a high-level environment
• Experience in 5-star, upmarket resort would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Micros is a plus

• Working in outdoor environments, including high altitudes, that may present extreme weather conditions such as snow, ice, rain, heat, wind, etc.
