The Line Cook is a full-time, on-site role based in Big Sky, MT. This role is responsible for preparing menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards, including dough, sauces, toppings, and other dishes, while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and breaking down the station, ensuring ingredients are properly stocked, labeled, and stored, and following food safety and sanitation guidelines.

The Line Cook will coordinate with other kitchen team members, communicate effectively during service, and help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and efficient. This role may also assist with inventory, prep work, and supporting special events or peak service times as needed.

• Experience as a line cook or in a similar back-of-house role in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and food preparation, with a commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen, manage multiple orders, and maintain quality and consistency under pressure.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability, with a positive attitude and willingness to follow direction and learn.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in a hot, busy kitchen environment.
• Availability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training or pizza-making experience is a plus.
• Authorization to work in the United States and adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
