Breakfast and lunch at the Ranch are an important part of our guests’ experience, and we’re looking for an AM Server who brings warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality to every table. You’ll provide polished yet approachable service, help guests navigate our food and beverage offerings, and work closely with the rest of the Food & Beverage team to keep service running smoothly.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys connecting with people, notices the details, and can stay organized and welcoming even when the restaurant gets busy.

• Provide attentive and professional breakfast and lunch service.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and respond thoughtfully to questions and requests.
• Learn the menu and provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Serve coffee, tea, and other breakfast and lunchtime beverages, including basic barista responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked service station throughout your shift.
• Reset tables and help keep dining and service areas guest‑ready.
• Prepare and coordinate take‑out orders with attention to accuracy and presentation.
• Communicate guest requests, dietary needs, and service concerns clearly with the appropriate team members.
• Work closely with Servers, Server Assistants, Culinary team members, and Food & Beverage leadership to provide efficient, coordinated service.
• Step in where needed during busy periods to support the team and the overall guest experience.
• Follow Ranch service standards, Food & Beverage procedures, and applicable safety and sanitation requirements.

You’ll do well in this role if you genuinely enjoy taking care of people and understand that great service is often about noticing what a guest needs before they have to ask. You’re friendly and approachable while maintaining professionalism, comfortable working at a fast pace, and able to manage several priorities without losing attention to detail.

You’re also a team player who understands that a successful service depends on everyone working together and is willing to step in wherever needed to support guests and coworkers.

• Previous customer service experience; restaurant or hospitality experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A warm, professional, and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple tables, priorities, and guest needs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to guest service and problem‑solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the success of the entire Food & Beverage team.
• Comfort using point‑of‑sale systems and basic workplace technology.
• Availability for early mornings, weekends, holidays, and a seasonal schedule based on Ranch operations.
