Retail Merchandising Specialist

You will be supported with a dedicated field manager, paid training (virtual, online, and in-store), instructional videos, and live support.

• Travel to assigned retail stores to conduct visits within your designated territory
• Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products (e.g., TVs, tablets, headphones, speakers, printers, phones)
• Occasionally partner with team members to complete 2–3 person projects such as appliance or TV installs
• Build and maintain positive in-store relationships
• Complete assignments as directed by your BDS Manager
• Ensure on-time reporting from your personal mobile device
• Schedule and complete work per BDS Standards and Expectations (provided during onboarding)
• Receive materials at home or pick up at Fed Ex and transport to retail locations as requested
• Perform other tasks as requested by management

Experience and

Education:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Previous merchandising, customer service, and/or retail experience preferred

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with BDS and in-store personnel
• Technology proficiency with a personal Android or Apple device (Smartphone/Tablet) with GPS to upload photos, report data, and reference documents
• Must own a basic toolkit (cost reimbursement provided after successful completion of probation)
• Basic toolkit includes essential tools (screwdriver, bit set, hammer, drill, wrenches, box cutter, pliers, etc.)
• Ability to complete paid BDS online training courses within the required timeline
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

• Flexible availability Monday – Friday, early morning to midday, with occasional weekend hours
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Ability to drive for the company with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to travel within a designated market up to a 60-mile radius (BDS pays drive time and mileage between store locations)

• Occasionally travel via flight or other modes of transportation

The pay range is based on factors including experience, education, skills, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and must comply with applicable wage laws.
