Job Summary
As a Sales Associate, you embody the Madewell brand with personal style and passion, bringing a welcoming energy to the sales floor daily. You will assist customers in discovering their look, collaborate with team members and managers, and create a seamless customer experience while driving business success.
Responsibilities- Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that is an extension of the brand.
- Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations for our customers.
- Assist in operational and product‑driven store tasks assigned by management while acting in a manner that aligns with our brand values.
- Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
- Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
- Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
- Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills.
- Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to bend, reach, stretch for product and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
