Harrington Bottling Company is hiring a reliable and motivated Retail Store Evening Merchandiser to join our team in Butte, Montana. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working independently, and interacting with customers while supporting well-known beverage brands.

As a retail merchandiser and stocker
, you will be responsible for servicing an established route and ensuring products are properly stocked, rotated, and displayed in retail locations. Daily responsibilities include stocking shelves, coolers, racks, and displays; organizing and maintaining back stock; and building effective product displays to support sales. You will also maintain strong relationships with store personnel, provide excellent customer service, and communicate opportunities for increased sales to the sales team.

Routes may include local and occasional out-of-town travel depending on customer needs.

This role is physically active and requires frequent lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and moving products using carts or hand trucks throughout the workday. It is well-suited for individuals who prefer staying active and engaged during their shift.

Qualified candidates must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a consistent, dependable work ethic are essential to success in this role. Previous experience in retail merchandising, grocery stocking, beverage distribution, route sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
