Overview
Customer Experience Guide – Seasonal Team (Retail) – Dillon, MT. This 3‑4 month contract supports peak store operations, sales, and customer experience tasks. The role reports to the Retail Store General Manager and is paid $18.60 – $20.60 per hour.
Responsibilities- Deliver best‑in‑class customer service and sell products, fostering community engagement and environmental stewardship.
- Support core teams through peak seasons, sales, and staffing needs to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Stock, stage, and maintain visual displays on the retail floor, ensuring store standards.
- Answer phones, support front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, including inventory flow and in‑store repairs.
- Process shipments, assist with physical inventory, restock the sales floor, and prepare sales releases or breakdowns.
- Maintain visual store standards by folding, hanging, buffing, steaming, dressing mannequins, and stocking floors.
- Implement security and loss‑prevention measures, handle safety situations, and report/resolve concerns promptly.
- Identify opportunities to engage and support the community in line with the company’s mission to save the planet.
- Act as a brand advocate inside and outside the store, using the company’s purpose and core values as a guide for decision‑making.
- Proven customer service and/or sales experience in retail or related fields.
- Interest in learning about product lines and the company’s environmental mission.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a courteous approach.
- Effective verbal and written communication with team members and leadership.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to pivot quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Time‑management skills, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines.

- Basic math, computer, and cash handling skills; proficiency with register use is preferred.
- Stand and walk for extended periods during 8‑hour shifts.
- Reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry products for customer service, inventory stocking, events, and merchandising.
- Walk up and down staircases while carrying boxes or products.
- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
- Lift up to 55 pounds and climb ladders as needed.
Stores operate seven days a week. Current business hours are Monday‑Saturday 10:00am–6:00pm and Sunday 10:00am–5:00pm. Shifts generally fall under 19 hours per week; start and end times may vary up to two hours before or after business hours. Flexibility to meet business needs and support a healthy work‑life balance is required.
Employment & CompensationSeasonal employees are not eligible for company‑sponsored benefits unless required by law. They are eligible for sick leave benefits and in‑store discounts. This is a 3‑4 month contract position.
