Your skills will develop in stages, according to your course and ambition:

• Basic EC (CAP Equivalent): Operational mastery of product display (correct stapling of sizes), smooth and secure checkout, and guarantee of hygiene and perfect maintenance of the store and stockroom.

• Expertise CV (BAC Equivalent): Development of customer advice (welcome, listening to needs, style guidance), theatricalization of collections (merchandising and displays) and practice of upselling (care products, socks, leather goods).

• Mastery MEM (BAC+2 Equivalent): Initiation to the management of merchandise flows (receipt of deliveries, handling of stock alerts), management of store openings and daily animation of customer satisfaction.
