Saint Ignatius High School, a Jesuit college preparatory school for boys in Cleveland, Ohio, seeks a Wildcat Shop Retail Associate to support the mission of the school and maintain a best‑in‑class customer service experience for faculty, staff, students, parents and the general public. The associate works 14–20 hours per week, primarily on Mondays and Wednesdays (8:30 am–3:30 pm) with flexibility for evenings and weekends during selling season and inventory needs.

Primary Responsibilities: Maintain a welcoming brand experience; support the store manager and assistant manager with daily shop operations; keep the product floor clean and organized; process purchases and payment transactions using the Shopify POS system and assist customers with returns and exchanges; follow store policies to create a positive work environment; manage inventory through stocking, restocking, checking deliveries, and conducting cyclical counts;

lift and maneuver boxes and carts up to 40 pounds; stand for extended periods.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years retail experience; ability to work a flexible 14–20 hour schedule with occasional nights and weekends for special events; professional attitude, demeanor, and work ethic with confidentiality; strong telephone and in‑person communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and point‑of‑sale software preferred; comfortable in a fast‑paced environment; goal‑oriented team player; understanding of the Jesuit identity and school mission.
