Position

We currently have 50 stores. To support our growth, we are looking for a cashier and front desk host/hostess.

Working closely with the entire store team, you will commit every day to providing quality service and embodying our values. As the first point of contact with our customers, your role is essential.

In this sense, your main duties will include:

• Providing enthusiastic and welcoming phone and in-person customer service
• Informing, advising, satisfying, and retaining customers
• Handling returns and various requests (disputes, discounts, e-reservations, etc.)
• Ensuring the efficiency and smoothness of checkout processes
• Processing customer payments according to current cash register procedures
• Promoting and highlighting our services (easy payment options, gift cards, loyalty cards)
• Creating financing request files
• Thanking customers and projecting a positive image of the company

Profile sought

Passionate about sports and fashion, you prioritize the welcome and satisfaction of our customers. Your ability to relate to others, your smile, your service orientation, and your diplomacy make you the preferred contact for our clients.

You will not hesitate to communicate and share your energy and enthusiasm with the rest of the team.

If you practice one or more sports related to our sports worlds, you will also encourage the love of sport among the French.

Ideally, you have a commercial/service level education and relevant experience, preferably in a retail store where the customer is a priority.
