Job Summary

Sleep Expert positions at Mattress Firm involve enhancing the in‑store customer experience as a trusted sleep authority, offering best‑in‑class products and driving sales performance while supporting an omnichannel strategy and company initiatives.

• Elevate and enhance the customer’s in‑store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority.
• Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and act as a subject matter expert.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Create a customer‑centric environment and cultivate strong relationships.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Monitor competitor activities, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as required by the role.

• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Valid legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to meet performance metrics and KPIs in a retail environment.

• Competitive base pay range of $58,000 - $65,000 per year (plus uncapped commission).
