Aftermarket Manager - Perkins Global Grade 12 Job Power Montana USA,Sales

Location: Power

Develop and maintain close customer relationships allowing leads for Perkins Parts Sales, and achieve sales goals to enable the increase in market share in Southern Africa and GrA, to provide Aftermarket parts
Aftermarket Coverage, constant gathering of information from various platforms to note where Perkins parts are required, assisting with Service to provide aftermarket parts for service and maintenance.
Grow parts revenue by building lasting contacts and going beyond to facilitate all customer needs to grow the brand.
Parts Dealers Audits & Account Management, working closely with the Warehouse Manager and team to grow the footprint and provide customer assistance.
Execution of Digital Excellence, using the Digital Perkins Hub to assist customer when leads arise.
Establish New Customer base, constant customer facing so as to Put the Perkins Brand into the market.
Execute New Marketing Campaigns. Understanding of Marketing expectations.
NLS, focus on constant feedback to address shortfalls from the customer.
Ability to assist the Customer needs and requirements in the in-Aftermarket arena

Qualification, Experience And Competencies

Matric and Tertiary Qualification, Degree/Diploma (Business, Engineering , finance or related field)
Business Acumen, decision making ability.
Firm understanding of Business Distributorship, including Commercial business knowledge.
Minimum of 5 years of Technical Sales / Engineering experience in a Power environment.
5/7 years' experience in Sales/ Aftermarket Management.
Basic Perkins products knowledge on Aftermarket parts, Service and equipment/Engines.
Display exceptional knowledge of Southern Africa Market Conditions and firm understanding of Market growth requirements in GA.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Growth mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Dedication to safety, quality, and customer experience, coupled with a familiarity with industry regulations and standards
Excellent computer skills - Word Processing and Spreadsheet capabilities
Excellent written, verbal communication skills, and collaboration abilities
Reporting writing Skills.
