Montage International - - Responsibilities:
Support the Director of Leisure Sales with day-to-day account management, sales initiatives, and administrative responsibilities;
Review arrivals and pre-arrival outreach for VIP/repeat/travel-advisor bookings;
Maintain guest profiles with preferences, dining, activities, loyalty, and stay history;
Generate and distribute agency production and sales analytics reports;
Coordinate with Reservations/FOH/Housekeeping/F&B/Spa/Concierge for VIP arrivals;
Update MIDAS and Opera guest databases;
Assist with trade shows, FAM trips, sales missions, webinars, client events;
Build relationships with Montage Leisure Sales teams, GSOs, Reservations, Revenue Management, and Resort Operations;
Represent Montage with Forbes Five-Star service standards
