We are seeking a motivated and reliable Custom Closet Installer to join our growing team. As a Custom Closet Installer, you will be responsible for the professional and efficient installation of custom closet systems, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and excellent service. Attention to detail is a must, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are precise, level, and secure.
Additionally, strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact with clients to explain the process, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process. While we are willing to train the right candidate, experience in construction, carpentry, or installation is highly preferred. This is a long‑term employment opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, detail‑oriented, and committed to providing exceptional results.
- Hauling and installing custom closet systems, including shelves, rods, drawers, and other components.
- Measuring spaces with precision using measuring tools to ensure accurate installation and fit.
- Loading, unloading, and transporting materials using a truck and trailer.
- Interacting with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensuring the work area is clean and organized after each installation.
- Adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Troubleshooting any installation issues and finding effective solutions.
- Maintaining company tools and equipment in good working order.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Previous experience in construction, carpentry or installation preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools (hammers, drills, saws, etc.).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly.
- Reliability and punctuality are a MUST.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.
Job Type: Full‑time, Monday – Thursday 7 am-5 pm, OT as needed

Wage: $18-$20/hour DOE
