Your Missions In BriefThe Department of Nord owns more than 200 public colleges. As such, it is responsible for their construction, reconstruction, extension, and maintenance and leads a policy that aims to offer the best conditions of reception and education to the students. An indispensable partner to the success of this daily challenge, you contribute to:
- Performing routine maintenance and first-level maintenance (troubleshooting, minor repairs, simple installation or completion) in electricity, plastering, painting, glazing, plumbing/heating, and carpentry/locksmithing (some work requiring heavy lifting);
- Ensuring the maintenance of plantations and the care of plants in green spaces: watering, mowing lawns…;
- Observing maintenance and safety guidelines.
You are:
- Concerned about the quality of service rendered;
- Organized and rigorous, knowing how to prioritize your tasks;
- Possessing a team spirit and cooperation;
- Experienced in all trades maintenance techniques;
- Holder of a level V diploma and the mandatory qualifications (specializing in electricity or plumbing or carpentry or painting).
