We are looking for our new talents, specifically a Technical Supervisor for Heating (M/F) in Fretin to join our team of technicians.

Missions:

• Lead and animate the team.
• Organize team work: manage intervention schedules, manage skills, control execution quality.
• Manage estimates.
• Respect and enforce the current regulations and safety guidelines.
• Handle client requests and complaints.

Profile:

• Technical training and/or solid experience in technical trades (boiler repair, plumbing, electricity, carpentry, HVAC).
• You have experience in after-sales service maintenance.
• You are comfortable with computer tools and administrative management.
• Rigor, commitment, ease of communication, and ability to rally a team will facilitate the execution of your missions.
