Parts & Inventory Technician – Hands-On Shop Role (Full-Time)

Position OverviewWe are looking for a detail‑oriented and organized Parts & Shop Support Technician to take ownership of our parts flow and inventory systems, as well as contribute to the manufacturing of equipment.
This role is critical to keeping our shop running efficiently ensuring the right parts are in stock, tracked, and available when needed. You’ll also have the opportunity to step into the shop and assist with hands‑on work as needed.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys organization, problem‑solving, and being a key part of operations.
What You’ll Do- Manage incoming and outgoing parts, materials, and inventory
- Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records
- Organize and maintain a clean, efficient parts storage system
- Coordinate with the shop team to ensure parts availability for builds
- Receive, inspect, and verify shipments
- Identify shortages and proactively reorder or source parts
- Improve and streamline inventory and tracking processes
- Assist in the shop with equipment builds or tasks when needed
- Experience with inventory management, parts coordination, or warehouse operations
- Experience with ERP / inventory platforms
- Strong organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills
- Familiarity with mechanical parts, equipment, or tools
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or equipment environments is a plus
- You are highly organized and detail‑oriented
- You take initiative and ownership of your work
- You enjoy creating order and improving systems
- You’re comfortable working both independently and with a team
- You don’t mind getting your hands dirty when needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen
- 18 years or older
