Seasonal position, hourly, $23.00 per hour.
SummaryPrimary focus on grooming and maintaining snow surfaces to ensure the highest quality on‑snow experience.
Responsibilities- Create the safest and most enjoyable terrain for guests and employees to ride according to grooming guidelines and assignments per shift.
- Maintain awareness of surroundings and navigate equipment safely by evaluating all directions.
- Complete all tasks safely and efficiently with no damage to equipment or work areas, using crew feedback.
- Maintain working knowledge of equipment operation, record information, and maintain constant attention.
- Focus on product quality and safety, minimize distractions (radio volume, rest, passengers, food).
- Use vehicle attachments such as compactor bars, tillers, and blades proficiently.
- Maintain assigned equipment in a routine manner and keep records of operation.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and participating in job sharing, cleanliness, safety meetings, and diverse assignments.
- Meet service level objectives and department goals as set by supervisor.
- Maintain a flexible working schedule.
Must possess a valid State Driver’s License.
Education and ExperienceOne year certificate from a college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language SkillsRead and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure; compute rate, ratio, and percent; draw and interpret graphs.
Reasoning AbilityApply common sense to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form; solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsValid State Driver’s License;
Resort Certification required on any necessary equipment.
Regular exposure to guest/employee interaction, moving mechanical parts, high altitude, and changing indoor conditions; occasional exposure to rapidly changing outdoor environments; moderate noise level.

This position is at‑will and requires a post‑offer DMV check. Must be at least 18 years of age.
