Job Title

Based in Marquette-lez-Lille, under the direction of your service manager, you will work across the departmental territory as part of the housing intermediation, social support, social diagnostics, and winter shelter programs during the major cold weather plans. Your missions:

• Housing intermediation:
  Support households in accessing and maintaining housing. Conduct social follow-up of occupants and prevent disruptions in their journey. Mediate with owners, landlords, and partners. Assist individuals in their administrative, budgetary, and integration processes.
• Social diagnostics:
  Conduct social evaluations at the request of state services. Intervene in sites of precarious housing, squatted homes, and occupied land. Gather necessary information for evaluating situations and write social diagnostics.
• Winter shelter:
  Participate in seasonal shelter programs, particularly within the framework of the Major Cold Weather Plan.

Required:

State diploma in social work (ASS, CESF, ES, or equivalent). Knowledge of housing, accommodation, and integration programs. Listening, analysis, and writing skills. Autonomy, responsiveness, and ability to work with populations in situations of great precariousness. Driving license B is essential.
